Maintain verified services, preferred terminology, tone, and things to avoid. These instructions apply to future AI requests.

From the field to the website

1. Add a job: choose Jobs & projects → New project. Describe the real scope, location and details you have permission to share. Upload real photos and label before, progress or after.
2. Write a guide: choose Field notes → New article. Give the AI assistant a topic and verified notes, or write directly in the editor.
3. Review: check facts, project claims, photos, links, title, description and FAQs. AI text is a draft, not a verified specification.
4. Save draft: drafts are private. Use Preview to inspect the layout without making the content public.
5. Publish: choose Publish now or set a future date. The content appears on its public listing and sitemap only when released. Save draft takes it offline again.
6. Revisions: open Version history, load an earlier copy, then save when you are ready.

The seven existing guides are available to edit. Original portfolio photos remain on the public projects page. New published jobs are added alongside them.
